Pour la troisième sortie du label, nous vous invitons à monter à bord de l’Eurostar pour un aller simple à destination de Londres, avec pour conducteur le Toulousain sous influence anglaise D£UC£, assisté de Domê et de Mr Boom.
Si vous êtes prêts pour le voyage, alors installez-vous confortablement en "First Class" à bord du train qui vous conduira sur les terres du Broken Beat. La basse profonde assure votre assise quand le lead principal et la guitare vous plongent dans un demi sommeil rêveur. On est déjà par la pensée à Londres, du côté de Peckham, QG du label Rhythm Section International.
Le voyage a à peine commencé que, sans crier gare, le train fonce déjà à pleine vitesse dans le "Tunnel". Le ton se durcit, il fait sombre, l’ambiance – souterraine – est plus lourde. Les breakbeats acérés et la basse réverbérée sont là pour vous le rappeler. Mais, rassurez-vous, la sortie du tunnel est proche et, avec elle, l’espoir renaît, au son d’arpèges synthétiques cristallins. D’ailleurs, la lumière est là et il va être temps de prendre votre "Correspondance". Une excitation vous envahit à la pensée de votre arrivée prochaine et du sound system devant lequel vous avez prévu de vous perdre. Une chaleur monte en vous à l’écoute de ces rythmiques syncopées qui se mêlent à des sonorités issues de l’afro-beat. Enfin, enfin, London ! "Rusty" accompagnera votre virée nocturne dans les faubourgs de la ville. Le kick est rude, il tape fort ; la basse est menaçante et les percussions sont sèches. For the label’s third release, we invite you to board the Eurostar with a one-way ticket to London. Your conductor is from Toulouse, although under English influence, D£UC£, and is assisted by Domê and Mr Boom. If you are ready for the journey, then make yourself comfortable in "First Class" aboard the train that will take you to the lands of the Broken Beat. The deep bass secures your footing while the main lead and guitar plunge you into a dreamy half-sleep. In our minds, we are already in London, on the side of Peckham, HQ of the Rhythm Section International label.
The journey has barely begun when, without warning, the train already rushes at full speed into the "Tunnel". The tone hardens, it is dark, the atmosphere - underground - is heavier. The sharp breakbeats and reverberated bass are here to remind you that there is no sun anymore. But, no worries, the exit of the tunnel is near and makes it possible for hope to be reborn to the sound of crystalline synthetic arpeggios. Excitement overwhelms you at the thought of your upcoming arrival and the sound system you have planned to lose yourself in front of.
